These are local standards set within the practice for the benefit of our patients and describe our commitment to you.

• You will be treated with courtesy, respect and dignity at all times.
• You will be offered a Health Check on registering with the practice.
• You may prebook an appointment with the doctor of your choice one week in advance, if the doctor is not on holiday.
• You will be referred to an appropriate specialist if your doctor feels it necessary.
• You have a right to access to your medical records subject to legal regulations.
