We are a partnership of 4 GPs providing a range of primary healthcare services.

• We work from a Health Centre, where other doctors have practices.
• All the consultation rooms are on the ground floor of the building.
• We have suitable access for disabled patients.
• If you need to speak to a doctor you can ring the surgery between 9.30 AM and 11 AM any morning and speak to the doctor on call (this excludes weekends and bank holidays).
• We have a treatment room with a community nurse.
• We have Boots Pharmacy attached to the Health Centre.

Patient information on GP ACCESS survey 2009/10

 The results of GP Access survey conducted in March 2010 are published.

The Doctors and the staff are happy to inform you the results of our Taff Riverside Practice.

 Key results:

1.  ACCESS to a GP or Health Care Professional on the same day or the next day the GP surgery or Health Centre was open

 87% of patients responded “YES” (able to see doctor or Health Care Professional on the same day or the next day)

 2. Ability to book appointments more than two full days in advance (advance booking by practice):

 66% of patients responded “YES”

 These results followed the similar trend of the majority of GP practices in WALES.
